WHAT DOES MY HEALTH INSURANCE OFFER TO YOU?

My Health Insurance consists of 3 categories: Platinum, Gold and Crystal. Choose one of these categories and draw up the most convenient plan for yourself. Health expenses of you and your family are now under guarantee. My Health Insurance covers 80% of your expenses for outpatient treatments inpatient and 100% of your hospital expenses under the policy terms and conditions. This is not all which is offered to you by My Health Insurance. Some other additional conveniences are as follows:

• If you are chosen either one of the Platinum or Gold categories, you get Maternity Coverage also.
• Your Hospital Coverage includes 100% of your chemotherapy, radiotherapy and dialysis expenses without upper limit.
• The coverage for artificial organs is 100% within the policy coverage limits.
• Childhood vaccinations are covered according to the limits of the category you have chosen.
• Menopause follow-up and treatments is covered according to the limits of the category you have chosen.
• Personal Accident Insurance is provided in the amount of YTL 25.000-.

HOW CAN I GET "MY HEALTH" INSUARANCE?

If you are between ages 18 - 64, you can purchase My Health Insurance and take your health under guarantee.

You can have insurance for your babies older than 15 days within family policy coverage.

HOW CAN I HAVE A LIFELONG RENEWAL GUARENTEE?

Are you below the age of 61and have you got a consecutive insurance from AXA OYAK for 3 years? Then, you will be entitled to lifelong renewal after an evaluation is made about your health situation. We offer insurance renewal guarantee for your new born babies also. We give cover for their congenital diseases after the 5th insured year, once they are entitled to the renewal guarantee.

WHERE CAN YOU GET YOUR MEDICAL TREATMENT?

If you have My Health Insurance, you can apply to the contracted institutions. You can get medical services for out-patient treatments by paying your deductibles and you can get medical services for your in-patient treatments without paying any deductibles, according to your policy terms and conditions.

In order to get reimbursements for your medical treatment at institutions other than contract ones, you fill out a reimbursement form and send it to our company along with your health expenses bills and reports.

If you encounter a health problem during your journey abroad and if you need to be hospitalized, you can receive medical treatment at any health institution you choose. Under such circumstances, "My Health" insurance will make a payment to you calculated on the average prices in New Turkish Lira, charged by the leading hospitals in Turkey.
